A quick first-time setup

Install UpFore. Open the downloaded Android app file (.apk) and tap Install. If asked, allow app installation from the browser you used.

Create your account. Open your confirmation email on the same phone and tap the link to return to UpFore.

Make it your round. Add your profile, set your home area and alert radius, and post or join a group.
This is an early-access test version. Some features may need refinement as we test together.

Put a round out there.
Choose a course or area, a time window, and how many spots you have. Invite friends or open it to nearby golfers.

Find your playing partners.
Matching golfers can respond. Accept holds a spot. Maybe joins the conversation without taking one.

Work out the details. Play.
Use the group chat to agree on the plan, then check in when you arrive. Save the people you’d love to play with again.
Set the tone for your round with skill preferences, friends-only invitations, and women-only, men-only, or open groups. Blocking is always available.

Does UpFore book a tee time?
UpFore helps you find golfers and coordinate a round. Your group agrees on the course and time in chat and handles any tee-time booking separately.
Is the app free to try?
Yes. Downloading is free, and each new account gets two starter credits to create round invitations. Accept, Maybe, group chat, and basic safety features don’t use posting credits. Paid credit packs and memberships aren’t enabled in this early-access version.
Can I choose who sees my round?
You can post publicly, invite saved friends, or select specific friends. You can also set skill preferences and choose an open, women-only, or men-only group. Gender settings are self-reported.
How does arrival check-in work?
When you tap Check In, UpFore can use your location to compare it with the group’s meeting point. Players can also confirm each other’s arrival. There is no continuous background location tracking, and a missing location reading alone doesn’t count as a no-show.
